Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. One-Time Purchases (Starter and Pro Packages)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase.
Before submitting your brief: You are entitled to a full refund. Email support@livein48.com to request cancellation.
After submitting your brief: By submitting your brief you have expressly requested that we begin work immediately, which waives your statutory 14-day right to cancel. A partial refund may be offered at our discretion based on the stage of work completed.
After delivery: Once your completed website has been delivered, no refund is issued — except where the service materially fails to match the description provided at the time of purchase. In that case we will first offer to remedy the issue through additional revisions before considering a refund.
2. Care Plan — Monthly Subscription
The Care Plan is a rolling monthly subscription at £29 per month. There is no minimum contract period.
How to cancel: Email support@livein48.com at any time. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.
3. Domain Registrations
Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered with the registry. This applies regardless of which package you purchased. If a domain is included with your package and you cancel before the domain is registered, no domain fee applies.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, email us at support@livein48.com with your order reference and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within one business day and to process approved refunds within 5 to 10 business days. Your payment provider (Stripe) may take additional time to return funds to your card or account.
